I recommend booking around the 30th week of pregnancy; the actual shoot usually happens between weeks 33 and 37, when the belly has a lovely, rounded shape. In the studio I offer a classic setup for photos with a partner or child, as well as a special floral backdrop mainly for solo portraits of the mother. A selection of dresses is available to help create soft, timeless images. My approach is calm and sensitive. Shoots are stress-free—I allow time for preparation, changing outfits, and settling in. I work conversationally to build a friendly environment and guide poses so they feel natural rather than forced. I place particular emphasis on lighting, composition, and details that underline the intimacy of pregnancy: the silhouette of the belly, a partner’s touch, looks full of expectation. I also advise clients on how to coordinate clothing for group shots (avoiding slogans and bold patterns) so the final photos feel harmonious.
