I’m Dominika Horská from HoDo foto, and maternity photography is one of my primary specializations. I believe pregnancy is one of the most beautiful moments in a woman’s life — my goal is to create photographs that naturally and respectfully capture that uniqueness and tenderness. As a maternity photographer I work with sensitivity, prioritizing the comfort and confidence of the expectant mother. Sessions take place in my heated studio in Kobylisy, which is stocked with gowns suitable for maternity portraits, a variety of props and photography backdrops, so we can create both intimate and more striking belly images. The studio offers a calm environment and a beauty corner for preparation, allowing you to focus fully on yourself and the little life growing inside you. My approach is personal and relaxed — I’ll advise on posing and help choose styling and accessories so the final maternity photos reflect your taste and mood. I’m not about forced poses but about capturing emotions, curves and light that highlight the beauty of the pregnant belly. I work to make the session an enjoyable experience: a relaxed atmosphere leads to more natural images you’ll be proud to show and treasure as memories. With experience in family and newborn photography, I also offer the option to seamlessly connect a maternity session with later family or newborn shoots — appreciated by parents who want a professionally and sensitively documented story from pregnancy to newborn and beyond.
