I’m Matěj Kubíček and maternity photography is one of my main passions — I photograph bumps, those “one last time as two” moments, and small instants that will remind you years from now what it really felt like. I specialize in natural maternity and belly photography in Kolín and the surrounding area, where the focus is on authenticity, comfort and atmosphere rather than forced poses. My work with expectant mothers isn’t about perfection. I want it to be yours — with smiles, touches, small imperfections and moments you’ll want to frame. I prefer a relaxed approach: we can stay at home where you feel comfortable, head out to the fields or memorable local spots around Kolín, or have an intimate session in my Minikoutek — a small studio that feels like a playroom in the living room and where even the smallest family members feel at ease. How do I work? I won’t ask you to pretend to be someone else. During the session I’ll guide and chat with you, give easy tasks, laugh or stay quiet — depending on what suits you. Often it feels more like a pleasant outing or afternoon than a formal shoot. My goal is to create images that are honest, intimate and that will mean more than just a pretty picture after years have passed. On the technical side I emphasize light and composition, carefully edit the resulting images and deliver them via a private online gallery so the whole process is convenient and clear. Everything is adapted to your wishes — if you want props, soft lighting or simply a calm moment of sitting together and gently caressing the bump, we’ll do it.
